2. Hosting and Server Log Files

Our website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM (Neue Medien Münnich). When you access the website, our host automatically collects information in so-called server log files:

  • Referrer URL

  • Hostname of the accessing computer

  • Time of the server request

  • IP address

The basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the error-free presentation and security of the website). We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with the provider.

3. Consent with “GDPR Cookie Compliance”

We use the GDPR Cookie Compliance plugin to obtain your consent for storing certain cookies on your device and to document this in accordance with data protection regulations.

  • Purpose: Management of user preferences regarding tracking tools.

  • Legal Basis: Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR (compliance with a legal obligation).

4. Analysis and Marketing Tools

Google Tag Manager (GTM) We use Google Tag Manager. This service allows us to manage website tags through a single interface. The Tag Manager itself (which implements the tags) does not collect personal data, but it triggers other tags (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) that may collect data.

Google Analytics We use Google Analytics to analyze website usage.

  • Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

  • Legal Basis: Consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

  • Function: Recording of user behavior, session duration, and click paths. IP anonymization is active by default.

Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel) We use the Meta Pixel to measure the conversion rate of our advertisements and to create “Custom Audiences.”

  • Provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited.

  • Legal Basis: Consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

  • Note: Data may be transferred to the USA. The EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) serve as a safeguard for this purpose.

5. Security and Spam Protection

Google reCAPTCHA v3 To protect our forms, we use Google reCAPTCHA v3. This tool checks whether data entry is performed by a human or a bot.

  • Processing: Data such as IP address, dwell time, and mouse movements are transmitted to Google.

  • Legal Basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in protection against spam and abuse).

6. Plugins and Tools

Polylang We use the Polylang plugin to enable multi-language support on the site. A cookie is set to store the user’s selected language.

  • Legal Basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in user-friendliness).

WP Umbrella For maintenance and performance/security monitoring, we use WP Umbrella. Technical data regarding the website’s status may be transmitted to the provider.

  • Legal Basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (security and operation of the website).

Email Dispatch (Post SMTP) If you contact us, your details will be stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We use Post SMTP for the technical dispatch of system emails. Data transmission is encrypted.

  • Access to your stored data.

  • Rectification of incorrect data.
